French Riviera John Clayton Art Workshop

Non artists welcome! After the summer crowds have gone we will have the sunny Cote d’Azur to ourselves. Headquartered in Nice we will do day trips to the Renoir House and Museum where you will see 14 of his original paintings in Cagnes-sur-Mer, then on to the delightful hilltop village of St Paul de Vence, afterwards Vence and Matisse’s Chapelle des Rosaires. Another day trip will be to St Jean Cap Ferrat for the artists to paint in the gardens of the Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild. Then on to the charming village of Antibe.

$1,950 per person

Prices are land only (airfare not included) and based on double occupancy. Single occupancy is available for an additional fee. There are a limited number of single rooms, so please inquire.

Paris extension

$950 per person double occupancy

Eurostar from Nice to Paris, First Class – price of ticket not included as we are only able to book this two months ahead. Last year the price one way was $207. Single occupancy is available for an additional fee.

Monday day trip to Giverny to paint in Monet’s garden when closed to the public (pending approval from the Board of Trustees, last three trips were successful). Transportation to/from Giverny is included.
